Acceptable Use Policy

1. The principle

Product Nerve AI exists to help founders build legitimate ventures with honest analysis. Use it for that. This policy sets the lines. It is part of the Terms of Service, and breaking it can lead to warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination, and where the law requires, reports to authorities.

2. Unlawful and harmful use

You may not use the Service:

  1. For anything unlawful in Nigeria, in your own jurisdiction, or in the jurisdiction where the effect of your conduct lands.
  2. To plan, promote, or operate fraud of any kind, including investment fraud, Ponzi or pyramid structures, advance fee schemes, or the creation of misleading investor materials. Generating a pitch deck or financial forecast you know to be false and presenting it to investors is fraud, and the disclaimers in the Terms do not protect it.
  3. To launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or structure transactions to hide their origin.
  4. To harm, harass, defame, stalk, or threaten any person, or to process another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
  5. To build ventures whose core business is unlawful, including trafficking in illegal goods, child sexual abuse material in any form, or services designed to violate the rights of others.

3. Identity and verification integrity

You may not:

  1. Submit false, altered, or stolen identity documents to KYC, or someone else's documents as your own.
  2. Submit fabricated business registration documents to KYB.
  3. Create accounts to evade a prior suspension, or operate accounts on behalf of a person or entity that has been removed.
  4. Sell, rent, or share account access.

4. Protecting the evaluation system

The validation engine and studio tools are the core of the Service and of our intellectual property. You may not:

  1. Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse engineer the evaluation methodology, scoring rules, prompts, or templates, whether by probing, systematic input variation, output analysis at scale, or any other technique.
  2. Embed instructions in answers, uploaded files, or linked pages intended to manipulate the AI systems (prompt injection), alter scoring, or cause the system to act outside its design. Such content is treated as data, logged, and acted on.
  3. Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit validations, mass generate documents, or scrape any part of the Service.
  4. Systematically re run validations with cosmetically altered answers to manufacture a score for presentation to third parties. Scores are tied to evidence, and sessions are compared; manufactured score histories are detectable and are grounds for termination.
  5. Resell, white label, or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering without a written agreement with us.

5. Platform integrity

You may not:

  1. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass authentication or rate limits, or access data belonging to another workspace. If you find a vulnerability, report it to [security@productnerve.com] and do not exploit it; good faith reports made responsibly will not be treated as violations.
  2. Interfere with the Service's operation, including denial of service, resource abuse, or intentionally malformed inputs.
  3. Upload malware or malicious content of any kind.
  4. Misrepresent your affiliation with Product Nerve AI, or use our marks without permission.

6. Content rules

Everything you upload or generate must respect the rights of others. You may not upload content you have no right to use, including confidential information of a former employer or client without authorization, or use the Service to infringe intellectual property. Content that sexualizes minors in any way is prohibited absolutely, reported where the law requires, and results in immediate termination.

7. Fair use of AI capacity

Generation capacity is metered by tier. Attempting to circumvent quotas, share capacity across accounts, or exploit pricing mechanics (including abuse of the refund window to consume paid analysis for free) is a violation.

8. Communications features

Features that send communications (investor update distribution, team invitations, support) may only be used to contact people who reasonably expect to hear from you. No spam, no purchased lists, no deceptive senders. Investor update distribution is for your actual investors and stakeholders.

9. Enforcement

We investigate suspected violations, and we act proportionately: education for honest mistakes, restriction or suspension for serious or repeated violations, immediate termination for fraud, identity abuse, CSAM, or attacks on the platform. Where we suspend or terminate, we tell you why and how to appeal at [abuse@productnerve.com], except where the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it. We preserve and disclose information where the law requires.
