What's included in Starter, Growth, and Scale: a full studio and feature breakdown

Here's a complete, specific breakdown of what each paid tier includes, so you're never guessing what you're paying for.
Starter, $25 per month Projects: 2. Validation: full three phase validation on both projects. Product Studio: all 9 tools, ICP Builder, Jobs-to-be-Done Mapper, PRD Generator, User Story Generator, Product Strategy Generator, Roadmap Generator, PRD-to-Dev Translator, Experiment Engine, Product Metrics Designer. Investor Studio: not included. Operations Studio: not included. Storage: 150MB per project knowledge base. Team: solo, no collaborative seats at this tier.
Growth, $59 per month Projects: 3. Validation: full three phase validation on all three. Product Studio: all 9 tools, same as Starter. Investor Studio: all 14 tools across every layer, diagnostic tools (Founder Reality Check, Investor Readiness Score, Founder Skill Gap Analyzer, Market Timing Analyzer), financial tools (Financial Forecast, Burn Rate and Runway Simulator, Pricing Strategy Simulator, Equity and Cap Table Architect, Dilution Scenario Modeler), artifact tools (Pitch Deck Generator, Investor Memo Builder, Co-founder Agreement Generator, Data Room Builder), and the Investor Update Generator with real email distribution. Operations Studio: not included. Storage: 500MB per project. Team: solo at this tier, collaborative roles arrive at Scale.
Scale, $119 per month Projects: 5. Validation: full three phase validation on all five. Product Studio: all 9 tools. Investor Studio: all 14 tools. Operations Studio: all 5 tools, Founder Daily, Decision Log System, Team OS, Vendor and Tool Stack Manager, and Project Manager for task and tag management. Storage: 1GB per project. Team: fifteen seats included across six roles (Owner, Product Manager, Growth Manager, Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, Team Member), additional seats available at a small monthly add-on per seat.
Two things every paid tier shares. First, all validation, on every tier, runs the complete Validation Engine, there's no watered down scoring at lower tiers, the difference between tiers is studio access and project count, never validation quality. Second, downgrading never deletes anything: if you have more projects or storage than your new tier allows, the excess goes read only rather than disappearing, so you can always upgrade back and pick up exactly where you left off.
If you're deciding between tiers, the fastest way to choose is by asking which studios you actually need this month, not which one sounds most complete. Most founders move from Starter to Growth the moment they start seriously preparing to raise, not before.
